The prices are a bit high for groceries and I always have to check expiration dates. The stores are not that bad overall, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

As for Caribbean region it is not very good at availability of products, neither on prices. But it's still the best shopping option on Saint Lucia

There are some Massey stores in the region that are disorganized, employees are rude the meats are usually freezer burned or outdated -and the store is dirty …SO unpleasant to go to -UGH
However —
Huge Wow -I walked into this store over a month ago -AMAZING..an EXCEPTIONAL example of superior customer service -Great QUALITY the meats fresh fruits vegetable deli EVERY DEPARTMENT EACH SECTION the food -product ABSOLUTELY-INCREDIBLE! The SELECTION and variety is PERFECT !! The employees from one department to the next at every level SO HELPFUL COMPASSIONATE POLITE -they always share a smile or a kind word -and they are very motivated to help —I am in the store twice a week -it is very enjoyable-consistently without flaws this store runs so smoothly -and ITS SO SO CLEAN
Love going and I am enjoying shopping again

I took two PK of eno and I put it back in so I took 4pk of Andrew so I decided to take to PK of Andrews and put the other in the box I bought one bottle of water whiles I was at the cashier the security went and watch in the boxes I have been discriminated by massy that's second time I have been discriminated

This is my home store it meets my needs and my family's as well. The staff's are great and seem to know they way around the store. Very few staff I have dialogue with by asking for a specific item and they look lost, those staffs are in the minority. I believe those are the staffs that really don't care all they are concerned about is getting paid and not learn about the service and goods you can get at the store. If you not sure why not find out from a supervisor and get back to the customer.
