I’ve visited twice now, and I wanted to leave an honest review because my experiences have been very different. On my first visit, our waitress was La Cubana, and she was outstanding, friendly, respectful, and incredibly attentive. Her excellent service is one of the main reasons I decided to come back. Unfortunately, today’s experience on July 29,2026 at 3PM with our waitress, Delani, was the complete opposite. From the moment we arrived, she came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping us. My family and I made a conscious effort to remain patient and respectful because we understand that everyone can have a bad day. We never know what someone else may be going through, so we always try to treat people with kindness. However, after nearly two hours of poor service and a consistently negative attitude, it became very difficult to overlook. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and based on how everything unfolded, it appeared our order may have been forgotten before finally being sent to the kitchen. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What made the experience disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and basic courtesy throughout our visit. I want to be clear that this review is not about the restaurant as a whole. In fact, almost everything else about our experience was excellent. The lifeguard deserves special recognition. Although many of the things he did weren’t technically part of his job, he was constantly attentive to everyone in and around the pool. He paid close attention to safety, cleanliness, and the overall well being of the guests. His professionalism and work ethic stood out, and he truly deserves recognition, whether that’s a bonus, a raise, or simply acknowledgment for the outstanding job he does. The bartenders, both yesterday and today, were also exceptional. Every drink was made exactly as ordered, served quickly, and always with a friendly attitude. They helped make our family’s visit enjoyable and treated us with respect throughout our stay. The DJ did an excellent job, the music created a great atmosphere, the pool was clean, and the rest of the facility was well maintained. We genuinely enjoyed everything the location had to offer. My only complaint is with the service we received from one waitress DELANI. I sincerely hope management addresses this because one employee’s attitude should not overshadow the outstanding work being done by the rest of the staff. This is a great place with many hardworking employees, and I look forward to returning because of them.

Fun place to go have fun drinking listening to music and swim in the pool the VIP is a whole different vibe more that VIP pool if you wanna past good time 💯recommend but some employees were having attitude but nothing to crazy and the birthday combo they have best deal 👌🏽

Love the place! They have pool and cabanas you can rent for free with assumption of spending 5000 pesos, which is super easy if you’re with friends and hang out there all day. That’s what we did for my brother’s birthday and on many other occasions. Service sometimes is slow but usually faster than anywhere else you’ll see in DR. I try to go there every time I’m in Santo Domingo Este.

Highly Recommend! One of the best bars/clubs in Santo Domingo Este, Dominican Republic. Always a good time and you can watch America sports while swimming in their center pool!
