Very popular place today. Highly recommend Club Mobay if you have a long wait at airport. Line was so much better and the lounges are comfortable. Great place to get gifts if you still need them.

Note that this company Montego Bay Airport Transport’s website links to another company called MBT Transport and Tours. I booked online with MBT Transport and Tours. I never received a proper confirmation email, only a generic PayPal receipt. When calling the 1-800 number, the employees don’t provide the company name. Lastly, I was picked up and dropped off in a vehicle branded with a third company called Explorer Jamaica Tours, as seen in the picture. This name confusion will make first time travellers anxious. Once you get past that, everything else is great. The drivers were friendly, responsive, respectful, and easy to communicate with. My luggage was handled with care. The vehicles were clean and safe. Special kudos to my driver Richardo who was pleasant and very kind. I strongly recommend requesting your driver’s mobile number and working with them directly, and not through the dispatcher. Overall I would use the service again and work with a driver directly.

Arrived 5 days ago to Montego Bay and went to the RIU Hotel and Resort in Negril. The people in Jamaica are absolutely fantastic they go out of their way to make sure that you are taking care of. We took a trip on a catamaran with @JamWest and rode over to Rick's Cafe. There we were thrilled by watching people jump off the cliffs into the beautiful blue waters of Jamaica. The weather was great the whole time we were here so there is absolutely nothing to complain about our trip.

From the moment I arrived in Montego Bay, I fell completely in love with Jamaica. It's a place that gets under your skin in the best possible way. The air was warm and smelled of salt and tropical flowers, and the colors—the impossibly blue water, the vibrant green hillsides, the bright smiles of everyone I met—were like something out of a dream. The days were a perfect mix of adventure and pure relaxation. We went jet skiing, carving through the waves with the sun on our backs. But the most powerful experience was our trip to the Bob Marley village. Walking through his childhood home and seeing where his legacy began was truly humbling. The music and spirit of the island are everywhere, a constant, beautiful rhythm. The beaches, of course, were breathtaking. I'll never forget the feeling of my toes in the soft white sand and the gentle lapping of the turquoise water. But what truly made the trip unforgettable were the people. Every person we met was so welcoming and kind, with a joy for life that was infectious. I left a piece of my heart in Jamaica. It's more than a beautiful place; it's a feeling, a spirit, and a memory I will cherish forever.

From arrival to departure, Montego Bay’s airport is one of the smoothest travel experiences I’ve had. ✅ Easy Flow: The layout is traveler-friendly with clear signage and staff who help move things along quickly. Security and customs are efficient and no unnecessary delays. ✅ Organized: Everything from baggage claim to transportation pickup is well-structured. Lines are managed, and it never feels chaotic, even during peak hours. ✅ Clean: The facilities are impressively well-kept. Clean restrooms, spotless terminals, and tidy waiting areas make a big difference and they deliver. Whether you’re just landing in paradise or heading back home, this airport sets the tone for what travel should feel like: calm, clean, and convenient. 🧳🌴 Highly recommend!
