Everything about Bonaire was such a beautiful experience. The population is smaller than the other 2 islands but to me Bonaire was the most beautiful. Never seen water so clear in my life. The wildlife was so beautiful to see. Everyone I've encountered was friendly and very open/ transparent about their history. If you're a big snorkeling/scuba diving type of person Bonaire should be your next destination. It was lovely learning about the history of this home/museum. There was a charge to use the restroom .50 so make sure when you visit this island to have some cash most places outside of the tourism section mainly takes cash.

Didn't really visit the museum but had a good time in Bonaire. Nice island but you can tell it is kinda poor standard of living. But they have great weather and ocean beaches

This is a really interesting museum. It's a traditional house that hasn't been changed or updated and is a glimpse into the past life of Chici'i Tan, the lady who lived there until she died. It's off the beaten track, but some of the tours go there, and it's a welcome stop where drinks can be bought.
It was once visited by Princess Diana, there are photos of here there. The house is still full of all the items that belonged to Chichi (big sister) when she was alive.
