Listen, I have been traumatized by shipping companies in Barbados. I won't call names but you can probably think of a couple. I started shipping with MyBox in early 2024 and my experience has been amazing. Top tier communication and reliability have been the name of the game. The service is also much faster than others I've used. I really appreciate that when things go wrong outside of their control, they communicate consistently and work hard on your behalf to ensure the issues are rectified as fast as possible. I really can’t complain at all about MyBox. Even on the rare occasion when things beyond their control go awry (cancelled cargo flights, local customs issues for example) they go above and beyond to ensure that customers are kept abreast of what is going on and do all they can to speed things along. I find that I also get my packages faster than I did with other services that I’ve used. From the moment it is delivered to their warehouse in Miami to when it reaches my hands, is definitely usually less time than their competitors. I will forever sing the praises of MyBox. They understand customer service!

My package arrived much quicker than I expected and I was able to collect it 2 days later. Very friendly staff too so great experience. I'll definitely be using MyBox from now on.
