Diving with Nature Island Dive was a truly wonderful full-support experience. We had two brand new certified divers in our group and they did such a great job making us all feel comfortable and safe. The crew of dive masters and dive instructors were friendly, fun and professional. Got lots of support pointing things out underwater while teaching us how to observe the life without disturbing or damaging it. Coffee, lion fish burgers and smoothies at the Bottom Time Cafe were a great treat before dive, at interval and/or after the dive.
Lovely outdoor patio and outdoor shower to add to the comfortable and relaxing experience. The crew handled all our gear before and after dives - so spoiled!

We did 2 days of diving with Nature Island and loved it! We’ve dove in many places around the world and with a range of dive shops and would put Nature Island among our favorites.
The dive shop was well-equipped and the staff all took great care of us. Our 13 yr old daughter is newly certified and was very nervous about diving, but her fears were handled amazingly by the expert staff at Nature’s Island. Simon (owner) took her out personally for a 1-1 refresher on the fly to get her comfortable. Then, on our second day, they gave us a dedicated dive master (Kimmy) who stayed with our daughter the whole time, leading a fantastic overall experience.
Regarding the diving itself, it was excellent. The dive shop is a very short boat ride to the sites, which were wonderful. Clear water, beautiful coral, calm water. Lots of bright colorful fish, plus we saw multiple rays, eels, and a sleeping small shark. And turtles, lobster, and more. Overall, wonderful experience.

Excellent dive center. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Diving in the bay and Scott's head was great in march 2026. Saw at least one turtle every day. Was lucky to see seahorse , eagle ray and nurse shark.
Dive boats are well equipped and maintained. Boats are busy but not crammed full of divers.
I was impressed by the staff both above and below water. A very professional outfit. One of the best dive operations I have ever dealt with. If there was a sixth star they would get it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic diving experience with Nature Island Dive!
A huge thank you to Deron, Kimmy, and Donny for making my time in Dominica so memorable. Every dive was unique and unforgettable — beautiful pinnacles, dramatic drop-offs, healthy reefs, schools of fish, and so many fascinating little creatures hiding throughout the reef. 🤿🐠🌊
If I had more time on the island, I would have happily added more dive days.
Another bonus was the amazing coffee at Bottom Time Café ☕. Wendy also recommended Bubble Beach Spa Café next door, which turned out to be the perfect spot for lunch after the dives. The food was great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the snorkeling right off the shore was incredible. Seeing the volcanic bubbles rising through the rocky formations was such a unique experience, and there was plenty of marine life and reef structure to explore as well. 🌋🐟✨
Dominica is truly a special place both above and below the water.
Thank you again to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I had an amazing time and will absolutely be back for more diving the next time I'm in Dominica! 🙌💙🤿

Best dive shop in Dominica hands down! This is my 2nd year diving with Nature Island Dive for 7 days with the Reef Chics and I so appreciate their professionalism, passion for protecting the reef, engagement above and below water, and keeping the dives fun for all. Our first day we had some issues with the current picking up mid-dive and our dive guide couldn’t have handled the situation any better to ensure safety for all. Top notch diving. Excellent atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended! Not to mention the work they are doing for coral preservation is simply outstanding. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️
