I've always loved and appreciated the customer service extended to me at Carlton and the Broad Street Branch. I love that if one branch is out of stock, they would call another branch to enquire and secure requested stock for customer to pickup.

So Nicole was very informative about the Aswaghanda product I was inquiring about and eventually bought. She was also very pleasant and patient with me as I made up my mind in what I thought was the better product from the information she would have given me about the product.

I was particularly impressed with Tanae's helpfulness, confidence and overall knowledge of the products. Plus her performance and pleasant demeanor are positive attributes for such a young person. She's definitely an asset to this company.
