I paid for a pickup service that they did not fulfill, despite my repeated calls for them to fulfill their obligation -- SHAME ON US. We've used them before, were satisfied, but will use a 'reputable' service provider in the future -- that is, unless they do the "right" thing and rectify their obligation to us. SHAME ON THEM!
