Do not rent this. The host was confirmed to pick us up from airport, but did not. We got a taxi. There was no one at the building to check us in and no one responded to messages or calls. We had to scramble to find new accomodation at last minute that was extremely expensive. Reported to Booking.com. and building looked very run down from the outside. Stay away!

My husband and I recently stayed at Ocean View Apartments and had an amazing experience. The view from the room was incredible! I woke up each morning to the beautiful sight of the ocean and it was a great way to start the day. The room itself was immaculately clean and very comfortable.
Ken was outstanding and made us feel welcomed. Ken was especially helpful and accommodating, he showed us the great views of Quarantine Point, St George and dropped us at the beautiful BBC beach and tour it's surrounding areas. He was so knowledgeable about the culture and history of the island and was always willing to answer any questions we had.
The service available at Ocean View was also excellent. Ken and his staff were always available to help with anything I needed and were extremely friendly. The facilities were good, and I was able to take advantage of all the amenities they had to offer.
Overall, I had a great stay at Ocean View Apartments. The view was spectacular, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island. Thanks Ken!

My son and I visited from Canada in 2022 for a funeral. Despite enduring some emotional few days, we thoroughly enjoyed the simplicity and beauty of this hotel.
The unit was affordable, really clean and comfortable. We were not missing any amenities from Canada with refreshing AC, smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney, etc., a compact but stylish bathroom with hot water (unlike some other small islands), a nice bedroom with a Queen sized bed with desk to work from and a must-have, a small balcony with a view of the sea.
A few side notes, the owner was very responsive and helpful when we had an issue losing a key in the room. Also, the neighbour was so nice, multiple times, he brought delicious mangoes to my son & me when we spent early mornings on the balcony.
We were not in Grenada to stay at a luxury resort but we felt at home for sure. You can't go wrong with Grand Anse beach just down the road too.

PLEASE STOP AND READ IF YOU ARE A SGU STUDENT.
I am a SGU student and i rented a 2 bedroom apartment from Ken Robertson in August 2023. Initially I thought he was a nice guy, he seemed like he would be a trustworthy landlord to have. But boy was I WRONG. About 4 weeks into the semester my internet suddenly went out. I asked Ken about it and he initially told me it was cut off and he was working on it. That same day, he presented me with an electric bill for $680EC. Keep in mind I was only in the apartment for about 10 days during the billing cycle for which he would have received this bill. I asked him several times for a more details break down of the electrical bill so that i could ensure that I was not overpaying or paying for electricity i did not use. Once again my concerns were ignored. It was insinuated that my internet would not be reinstated until my electrical bill was paid. On top of this, he was trying to get me to pay the electrical bill immediately when it in fact was NOT DUE until 2.5 weeks later.
In my opinion, he was trying to take advantage of me as an international, female student and have me pay for electricity I did not use so that he could use that money to pay his internet bill in which he had lapsed. I tried to be an adult and speak to him about my concerns and he refused to have a conversation with me. I ultimately had to break my lease because he entered my apartment without my permission when I was not home and I no longer felt safe. I was forced to move and he was unwilling to return my security deposit nor my last months rent despite his wrongdoings.
Please beware of untrustworthy landlords like Ken. SGU students can find apartments closer to campus (on the SGU bus route) for the SAME amount of money that Ken is charging his tenants.
