⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Peaceful, Relaxing, and Great Service I had a wonderful experience at Ocean Blue. It’s the perfect place if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with a calm, almost meditative atmosphere. Even though the hotel is located slightly outside the city, it’s very easy to reach the center by minibus, which made the location ideal for me. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure guests have a great stay. I really appreciated the peaceful environment, the beautiful views, and the many sunny days that made it easy to unwind and recharge. If you’re searching for a place with great service, a relaxing vibe, Ocean Blue is an excellent choice. Highly recommended.

Just got back from a 2 week stay at Ocean Blue resort. We were a big group of kitesurfers and wingfoilers, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The rooms are super comfortable and spacious, with great balcony's or patios. The team at Ocean Blue were all really friendly and helpful, it's a great relaxing environment with great views of the ocean (ideal for checking on the wind & wave conditions for the day!), already looking forward to going back next year

A Perfect Stay at Ocean Blue Resort! Our stay at Ocean Blue Resort in Barbados was nothing short of amazing! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located with stunning ocean views. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From lounging by the pool to enjoying the nearby beaches and local attractions, everything was seamless and enjoyable. Ocean Blue Resort truly gave us that authentic island experience with a touch of luxury. We can’t wait to come back!

This is wonderful place! OceanBlue is intimate, scrupulously clean, quiet (except for the wildlife) and located right next to the ocean. Meaning that the pool is 10m from the waves breaking on the rocks… It’s not a big corporate style gig. It feels like staying with friends. You’ll need a car if you want to get about (as others have said), but you could just meander from room to pool to bar all day. The cocktails are great! Most of all, the team are simply wonderful. Everyone seems to take pleasure in caring for you, and making you happy. All the staff seem joyful to be there. I had some crises during my stay (which were not related to my stay), and everyone was both helpful and solicitous. I felt secure and cared for. OceanBlue is reasonably priced, and I thought that it was excellent value (though you should not expect five-star trappings - which waste your money, anyway). I can’t imagine why you would not take a five hour flight from Toronto - as I did - and trade a cold winter for a week in the sun at a home-from-home! Barbados is also delightful. The warmest and most welcoming people. But above all, this is a jewel. I want to go back!

OceanBlue Resort Barbados is truly a hidden gem! I stayed there for a month two years ago and returned again from 6th–13th October 2025 and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. The owners and staff are friendly, welcoming, accommodating, and the atmosphere is relaxing, tranquil, and deeply healing. It is the perfect place to unwind and feel at peace. I highly recommend this beautiful family-owned boutique hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and rejuvenating stay in Barbados.
