I made it to my appointment with 45 minutes to spare, I sat and waited for another 45 minutes after my original time and I still wasn’t seen. 50 minutes after my appointment time I left, the service itself may be great but their time management is poor.
*FOLLOW UP*
The staff called and extended their apologies which I was appreciative of and that lead me to schedule another appointment. Upon arrival I was seen by the dentist within reasonable time, the service was indeed great and Dr Saad was very informative. I’m very satisfied with my results/service Will definitely be returning!

My braces journey was an amazing experience from start to finish. The orthodontist and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They made my journey comfortable and stress free. Thanks to their care and expertise, my teeth are now perfectly aligned, and I can smile confidently without feeling insecure about my teeth. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone considering braces treatment.

After my accident I have always hated dental appointments but with Dr Saad that has changed. The procedure are explained clearly and the fact that he uses the gel before giving the injection was a great plus for me. Got the procedures done quickly and painless. The staff was very nice and pleasant big thanks to Mrs Moises for the quick response and great customer service as well.

Dr. Saad is very profession and efficient. In addition to being affordable, his team has excellent customer service. I was able to complete orthodontic treatment in just fourteen months.
