Good service, good products, good prices. My first computer was bought from this location many years ago, and I've also visited for parts and repairs. On a recent visit to purchase a replacement hard drive, I took note of the available laptops on display. A few days later when my tech friend finally decided a repair was not possible, the obvious choice was a trip back to OSi to secure a new machine. This upgrade features modern specs and capacity, yet it came at a decent price. As is usual at this location, two free gifts were thrown into the deal. I fully recommend OSi for all your tech needs.

Awesome people. They helped me out big time as I needed an SD card reader in a pinch and they had one here, the gentleman sold it to me and even gave me a nice discount on it because he mentioned to me that there was a sale going on at the time. Thank you all once again I would highly recommend this place. Wayne is a super nice guy.

The experience at OSI is always most welcoming. The staff are super efficient in helping you choose items you need and a very very friendly environment. The products are i bought have not given any problems at all and are long lasting.

Great Service: I needed a capture card a Sunday Morning to facilitate Live streaming of our Praise & Worship Service. I was not sure if the card OSI had for sale would work with my system, but they assured me that if the device does not work then I can return the item and be reimbursed. The device worked and the service was streamed successfully. Thanks OSI Team

Great Service! I needed a new tablet and when I got there I was a few dollars short and they allowed me to pay what I had , and I was able to transfer the rest a few days later. Exceptional customer service. They didn't even know me but the fact they took that risks, much appreciated.
