Food was a mix for me. The sunrise croissant was very good, tasty chickem, good veg, cheese, tasty mix. The big back burrito bowl was good, just that the fish was way to spicy for me (light weight spice eater). The mix of rice, veg, plantain, cheese and fish is good. I'm just not a lover of basmati rice. The morning remedy my mom had this one she said it was good. The server was awesome, good cook, efficient no complaints there. It was morning time so quiet nice christian music.

Pekish All Day is an absolute gem nestled in the Worthing Galleria! This spot is super cute and the food is just as delightful. I opted for the Big Back Burrito Bowl with Chicken and the Strawberry Banana Bliss – both were bursting with incredible flavors and tasted absolutely delicious.
The two women who served us were incredibly kind and attentive. They kept us informed about the remaining time for our order! They were super attentive and even went the extra mile by offering me an additional sauce to enhance the already amazing flavors! Their service was truly top-notch.
The portions here are incredibly generous – you definitely get your money's worth! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her Morning Remedy, which she also raved about for being packed with flavor.
Overall, Pekish All Day offers one of the best value meals we've found on the island. We strongly recommend checking them out for a flavorful and satisfying experience!

We came across this by accident. It had just opened and the girls were setting up.
Staff very friendly. Slower service than I would have liked, however worth waiting for. Smoothies were delicious and fresh. Food was cooked to order and can out how and very tasty.
I would recommend for breakfast and brunch.

Some of the food presentation needs work and the value for money isn't there. The fish specifically is extremely spicy and over seasoned. Lots of better food options in the vicinity.

If you like your food prepared fresh like I do, I always go to Peckish. Call ahead and enjoy a wide choice of Bowls and Goodies.
