Took my S8 Plus in to Deryck for a new screen and back glass. I have to say the phone is better than brand new if that is possible. He said he doesn't cut any corners. I felt I was dealing with a truly honest business man. This is the only authorized Samsung service repair centre in Barbados. An excellent experience overall. Extraordinarily professional. The price was reasonable and the repair was done in perfect time. Bravo.

Miss Carter and the staff are so friendly & helpful! 10/10 would recommend! They are responsible for Samsung repairs here in Barbados! They also sell phones and the accessories

They offer the best service, my Samsung S5 screen was cracked, I took it to them, it took the technician 45 minutes to replace my screen and I was satisfied with the service.
The fee was reasonable. By the way their hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, and the time mentioned initially in this ad is 10.00 am to 8.00pm is incorrect.

If you need samsung parts for anything, this is the place to go. They provided great service while sourcing and replacing a samsung refrigerator vegetable tray. Samsung referred me to them and i was completely satisfied!!
