We booked Bahama transportation through Viator. Our flight that landed in the Bahamas was delayed. Our driver for a group of five was there waiting for us when we exited the airport. When we flew home, they were out in the hotel parking lot before we were supposed to leave. We even used them to get us around the island throughout our trip. They were easy to message and communicate with throughout the week. I highly recommend you use their services. Prestigious Transport has a good team of drivers that were professional and on time. DJ was our favorite driver. If you have the opportunity to have him drive you around you are in for a treat.

I contacted the Prestigious Transport to schedule a private transport from the Nassau Airport to the Atlantis resort for a party of three people. The team was responsive when asking questions and booking the transfer. However, my 1 year old son became ill two days before our trip and we had to cancel the trip. I contacted Prestigious Transport via phone and they said they would provide a full refund due to my trip cancellation. However, a month later I have not heard from them after following up via email twice and I have not gotten my refund due to cancelling my trip. Poor practice to not be responsive and not provide a refund because you did not provide the services.

I booked a transfer from NAS to Coral at Atlantis using my Expedia App. The hired company was Shuttle Central, but they subcontract Prestigious Transport (I think). For my return transfer, they sent me a WhatsApp cancelling the service contract 5 minutes before the agreed time. Extremely stressful situation. I had to pay for a taxi, otherwise I WOULD MISS MY FLIGHT!! They sent a sorry email and said a refund would be issued. A week after the occurrence, the refund was not approved (????). Again, the service contract was broken unilaterally by them and I am still struggling to be refunded. In my opinion, do not trust this service. You might be better off by taking a taxi, as long as it is a certified one by the Bahamian authority. I paid 75 USD for a one way trip to the airport and service was much better. Be aware.

DJ and his team are TOP Notch! Communication was easy, quick and they delivered for our group of 10. DJ met us at the airport and Robinson took good care of us transporting us to and from Atlantis with a quick stop at the grocery store. Our family loved the van limo with all the amenities and the kids loved the movie during the drive. Highly recommend this company!

We were party of 12 from USA and used DJ to provide Mercedes Sprinter for round trip transport to Atlantis. We also stopped at grocery store to pick essentials. It was approximately $400. You can’t go wrong with his services. Highly recommended for large group or luxury travel within Bahamas.
