We had an incredible experience on the Rainforest Full Day Hiking Tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our guide, Jose. From the very beginning, he was polite, respectful, and exceptionally professional. His communication was outstanding—he explained everything clearly, kept us informed throughout the day, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included.
Jose's knowledge of the rainforest and passion for sharing it made the hike even more enjoyable. He was patient, attentive, and always willing to answer questions. His positive attitude and genuine care for the group created a fun, safe, and memorable experience.
If you're lucky enough to have Jose as your guide, you're in great hands. I highly recommend this tour, especially with him leading the way. Thank you, Jose, for making our rainforest adventure so special!

Diana Garcia was a fantastic tour guide! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! She was fun and energetic and we had a great time with her! Then she took us to a wonderful shop for empanadas and smoothies. So good! Thanks, Diana!

This was one of the best tours and experiences ive ever had. Jose was our tour guide not only did he have an awesome personality and was so friendly he taught us so many things about Puerto Rico from the history to the wildlife of El Yunque. He also makes you feel like youre one big family with your group. Such an awesome time 10/10 would recommend and you should definitely ask for Jose when you do!

Book through Puerto Rico Tour Desk and ask for José by name! He made our El Yunque tour the highlight of the whole trip.
His knowledge goes well beyond the rainforest itself. He covered the ecosystem and wildlife, but also Puerto Rico's culture, history, food, and local life in a way that felt natural and genuine, not scripted. I left with a real understanding of the island that no guidebook could have given me.
On top of all that, he's warm, funny, and just a pleasure to spend a few hours with. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, its rainforest and being toured by the greatest Jose. Fue un placer, gracias por educarnos un poco y ser tan lindo.
This amazing experience was made possible by Jose. He knows a lot about the island and the history, it’s relatable and fun to learn. We made stops to point out that living within the rainforest and to breathe.
I also enjoyed the river, it was so refreshing after the hike and wish we had a bit more time there. The views were amazing and experiencing the rain was the cherry on top. I highly recommend and booking with Jose, what’s a guided tour without a highly knowledgeable guide.
