Our group of 19 used R&M VIP Transport Services for transportation to and from a wedding welcome party, the wedding itself, and airport transfers. Raul and his wife were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire weekend.
They were professional, friendly, quick to respond, and incredibly flexible with last-minute requests, including pickup time adjustments and additional transportation needs. Their fleet of vans and SUVs was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
Most importantly, we always felt safe knowing we were in good hands and would get to each destination safely and on time. Their excellent service helped make our wedding weekend stress-free for our group.
I would 100% recommend R&M VIP Transport Services to anyone looking for reliable and professional transportation services.

I cannot recommend Raúl and R&M VIP Transport Service enough! From the very beginning, Raúl went above and beyond to take care of our group. He was always reliable, responsive, patient, and so accommodating with all of our last-minute changes.
When we unexpectedly had issues with our original stay, Raúl immediately stepped in to help us find another place and made such a stressful situation so much easier. Throughout the entire trip, he made sure we were safe, comfortable, and taken care of wherever we went. We are so grateful for everything he did for us and will 100% be calling him when we come back to Puerto Rico.

Raul is great! He made our trip to Puerto Rico very seamless. Our driver, Maricelis, was a pleasure to work with! Always arrived early and made sure we made it to our destinations safely and on time! I will definitely book with Raul when I am back in PR!!

We connected with R&M VIP Transport Service through a recommendation from our Airbnb host after we ran into an issue picking up our rental car. Our host gave us a couple of names but specifically said, “Raul is the best,” and now I completely understand why.
Raul was able to accommodate our group of seven on very short notice, which immediately relieved so much stress. We were able to create a custom itinerary, and he arranged transportation exactly according to our plans.
Communication was easy and effortless. Even when there was a language difference, we were able to communicate smoothly using Google Translate via text, and everything was clear and seamless.
What truly stood out was the personal touch. His son handled the first leg of our trip, and his wife handled the last — both were professional, punctual, kind, and incredibly hospitable. Raul even made a point to personally meet us, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Raul and his family operate with professionalism and warmth. We felt well taken care of the entire time. We would absolutely use R&M VIP Transport Service again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting.

Raul and his son, Raulito, exceeded any expectations we had. They were both very knowledgeable, punctual, and attentive. We had a party of 10 and at all times did they ensure our safety along with being extremely accommodating. They consistently ensured our arrival at correct times. They were both welcoming and made us feel as if we were family without ever making us feel like an inconvenience. I simply can not imagine a trip in which we did not have them as our drivers. The best in the game without a doubt.
