What a great experience. Ray was absolutely amazing. We booked a taxi from Ceiba ferry terminal to San Juan. The ferry was almost 2 hours late, but as promised Ray was there waiting on us. Not only was he professional but could double as a tour guide of the island.

My family of four had to get to the San Juan airport from Las Croabas (just north of Fajardo). I contacted Ray, he gave me a reasonable rate and also responded promptly on text. He showed up ahead of time to pick us up. The drive was super smooth and safe and he dropped us right at the terminal we wanted. He helped us both load and unload the luggage. Must importantly, we didn't even notice how the 45 minutes passed. He keeps you entertained. I would definitely be using his taxi service again when I come to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend it. I was so happy I was able to book him a couple of days before my trip. Since the other company I had originally booked with had cancelled my reservation . Ray had excellent communication and was very professional. He made my first time to Puerto Rico smooth and easy!

We had an incredible experience using Rey’s taxi service. We were staying in an air bnb very remotely in the jungle and couldn’t find anyone to pick us up. We called Rey and he came right away. The price was super reasonable and he’s a fantastic driver. He’s also so fun to talk to, and told us about so many amazing parts of Puerto Rico. We loved bonding with him over being from New York City, too!! I cannot recommend this taxi service enough — Rey is quick, reliable, and provides excellent service as well as a genuinely fun taxi ride. We will definitely be using his services next time we’re in Puerto Rico.
