My first time having a yoga massage.i have had quite a few massages from all over the world but this one, definitely cuts the cake.
Upon entering your hands are sanitised. He area is clean and welcoming fish tanks on the side and a lovely water sounds. The ambience makes you want to sleep. However, not possible but there were parts he had to tell me to take in a few deep breaths a few times, dose of at that point.
You are shown the changing area, asked if you have any injuries and then the session begins.
Given a bottle of water in the end. Most importantly, I fell way better after the week I had of carnival activities, its well worth it. Would highly recommend.
