Salt and Smoke

I ordered delivery from this restaurant. I have screenshot my order here as my biggest issue with the food was that they do not exactly meet the description on the order. First, for the jumbo shrimp, the 3 pieces of shrimp I got were not jumbo, at most average size. What is more alarming is that the bulk of the seafood in that box were calamari, which was never mentioned in the description. I only got 3 average sized shrimp for $45. Second, the jerk spare ribs didn’t look like spare rib. They had soft bones inside and very tough skin on the other side. They are more like rib tip or even belly than they are spare ribs. The smokiness was there but the texture was not what one would expect for the dish ordered. The wings are the only thing that came as described. However, I would suggest adding in that it is fried because the restaurant is called “Salt & Smoke” so I did think it may be grilled or smoked. The 2 star rating is for the rum & raisin coleslaw. That was really good.
