We visited for my husband's birthday and we loved everything but mostly the location. It's in the heart of the city with food and shopping. Petty the receptionist was wonderful and charming she gaved us a very warm welcome. The hotel has history and class attached to it and smells really nice, every area. The hot tea and coffee was an added touch since there is no breakfast because food is available all around but pricey. They provide ice and their water is safe to drink from the tap. Walk with your water bottle and coffee cup and fill it up. You can also take ice to your room vía the ice bucket provided. Our room was upgrade to king ocean view and the bed was very comfortable and inviting with it's beautiful crispy clean white sheet. There is a mini chiller so you can purchase drinks depending on how your stay is and store it there for your tours. The hotel upgrade is clean and inviting. We will definitely recommend and be back. The casino is separate from the hotel which I loved.

The hotel is located in the heart of Willemstad surrounded by amenities. Restaurants, bars, a market, and a parking lot are all within walking distance. On the way to the famous Queen Emma Bridge you’ll find plenty of souvenir stores and the must visit Floating Market offering fresh fruits and local goods. There’s also a designated smoking area on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay despite being in the city center it wasn’t too loud. Fresh coffee and tea are served in the morning at the front desk area

Great location, in the city and walking distance to all the interesting shops and buildings, and the floating bridge. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry service they offer is also a big help. Enjoyed the stay at San Marco Hotel and Casino.

Room is fine. A little empty and minimalistic, but clean and comfortable. The location is mostly good. It's located right in the middle of a busy area with lots of restaurants and shops near by. One problem is that the restaurants right below your window will blast music until 11pm. With the windows closed and TV on, I couldn't hear a thing coming out of the TV. I also asked the front desk if they had some water or a vending machine and was told "no". I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have water for their guests. I didn't even expect it to be free, I wouldve paid for it out of a vending machine if they had it, but they didn't.
