So nice we had to go back twice, we ordered the Fish burger (Marlin) & Korean BBQ burger, both tasting 10/10.
A little warning is that the Korean burger is saucy so careful if you’re wearing white. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a while.

What a treat! Sandwidge at Haymans Market absolutely delivered.
Our group of five went all in, mixing regular and Korean-style chicken burgers, and demolished the lot!
The chicken was everything you want: crisp on the outside, tender and juicy inside. Each burger came stacked in a soft, slightly sweet brioche, loaded with slaw and pickles that balanced everything perfectly. The flavours were spot on (though we wouldn’t have complained about a bit more heat on the Korean sauce 🔥).
And the fries? Skin-on, crispy, and tossed in a seriously addictive spice mix. Easily the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit.

You could immediately tell the burger was freshly made with high-quality ingredients and juicy, well-seasoned real beef layered between the softest buns. It was absolutely deliciousss! The service was also top-notch — the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend!!

The Korean Chicken was delicious. The flavours were authentic and well balanced. Definitely would come back.

I tried the Korean Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and it was actually pretty good! My favorite part of the meal was the fries — they were excellent, with just the right amount of seasoning. The chicken sandwich itself was tasty as well.
I’ll definitely be coming back to try something else from the menu!
