If I could, I'd give zero stars. Terrible communication, poor customer service, and be prepared to waste at least an hour in line waiting for any transaction as they always have 1-2 tellers at most on duty.
The icing on the cake is that you can't actually reach anyone on the phone or via email at ANY of the branches. Plus the staff claim that they don't receive emails.
Do better.

Only go if you absolutely have to. Waited over an hour to change money. Service was slow, and the cashiers were not friendly.

Expect extra long waiting time. Also very difficult to reach persons via phone.

It's slower than usual for a bank. While the staff was nice, they were inefficient, and therefore, I wasted 2+ hours and didn't get anything done. The manager, who I had been emailing prior to coming down, didn't have the courtesy to come and assist. Awful experience.
