We loved the Seaside Restaurant at the Magistic Mirage so much that we ate there our first night. We tried all the other places to eat and on our last night we had to go back. Rodney was our waiter and he felt like family right away! He moved in a way like he knew what was needed before we could ask. Our needs were met and we didn't have to ask for anything. He is intuitive, takes initiative and reads his patrons to fit their needs. Thank you Rodney. You were wonderful as also the food.

The buffet food is left open and unattended for a long time with flies. If you like hygiene, youre better off having one of the chefs cook the eggs for breakfast and pasta for lunch. The dinner food was very different than all of the posts months ago. I ordered a red snapper with tostones and got a fist sized cut fish with French fries and no drinks, limes or ketchup. The shrimps came with just 3 small shrimps and a thin line of sauce that could have been used with a single shrimp. The mashed potatoes come with a cold hard layer which makes me believe it was sitting for a while. The salmon was so small that it was 2 fingers thick. Both fishes were bland. The only thing that was not messed up was the tostones with the last bits of ketchup from the bottle 💀 Im not sure what disrespect this is but as a Dominican, this is nothing from our culture.

The restaurant is buffet style. Very great choices of local foods and some American style foods with local spices. Highly recommend you visit Punta Cana if you can. Staff is amazing and super friendly
