Everything we ordered was delicious. We particularly enjoyed their Tuna Tartare. The tuna was perfectly cooked and blended seamlessly with the flavors of the pico de gallo. The service was excellent, and the portions were generous, making it a great value for the price.

Jomaris was our server and she was AMAZING. Our food was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. She recommended a salmon appetizer that was delicious. We also had the Asian Wings. I had the red snapper and my husband the chicken mushroom. Definitely recommending for dinner and we will be back for brunch 👌🏾

We enjoyed Semilla so much that we came back again! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent. Joma took great care of us and made our experience even better. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Definitely one of our favorite places we’ve eaten while visiting Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!

Semilla Kitchen & Bar was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The food, drinks, and service exceeded every expectation.
Ian was our waiter and bartender, and he was outstanding. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our meal. My espresso martini was one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and delicious.
The Constitution Breakfast was even better. I have a severe soybean oil allergy, which can make traveling and dining out very stressful. The staff and chef took my allergy seriously, prepared my meal to order, and made sure I could enjoy a safe and delicious breakfast without worry.
Five stars to the chef for the incredible food and special care, and five stars to ANEN for providing exceptional service. If you’re in San Juan, Semilla Kitchen & Bar is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time. What the waiter recommended was delicious! My husband and I ordered the burger and pork tenderloin. We have never had a burger mixed with chicken and beef. It was flavorful and juicy. The truffle fries were good, too. Then, the risotto with the tenderloin was a great treat. The portions were big, so we had leftovers. Definitely recommend.
