It's a temporary location as the previous location is being renovated. There is nothing special about the service. The cashier did what she was supposed to do. I went in and got what I wanted and got out. I wanted butter. However, the choice was limited to expensive and medium to large tubs. Consideration does not seem to be given to the neighborhood that the supermarket is located. A lot of retired single and working class people and should be given less expensive choices.

I appreciated this supermarket until last week. I purchased a Heinz baby pouch and it had mold when I opened it. I have a photo of my receipt and spoke to a manager who said I need the physical copy in order to do a return. The photo clearly shows all the details of the transaction and I have proof of the moldy baby food but not the physical receipt. If this is how mangers are trained to handle situations its disappointing. I've purchased many items here that taste like soap and never complained but moldy baby food is where I draw the line because it's a storage issue.

I have been visiting this supermarket for several years and has adopted it as my local stop point.This branch offers a fairly decent shopping experience. The prices of goods are reasonable, compared to other local supermarkets. The location works. It's current mini-mart status is understandable as they make their facility upgrade.
There is a restocking challenge though: I am quite often irritated and frustrated by the absence of some basic grocery items on the shelves. This results in me having to source items from other retailers. I hope they can fix this promptly.
The loyalty points system is a plus.
Deployment of cashiers often a sore point. The waiting period has improved and there is now an express line in operation.
The level of courtesy of staff has improved too.
