Good products, pleasant office staff taking your order, good prices. The long wait at the warehouse to get your items even when ordered in advance totally ruins the shopping process. The opening hours could also be improved for convenience

My first experience using this company. ....... 28.05.2018. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Exhibited a willingness to serve to meet customer satisfaction. I greatly appreciated the patience demonstrated while I selected items to purchase. Good Job!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS MAJOR HELP. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO "THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST"? WAITING AT WAREHOUSE DOOR SECOND TRIP THERE IN AN HOUR...4 OF US - WE ARE ALL TOTALLY IGNORED BY STAFF COMING AND GOING. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

I mostly have a issue with the branch in St. George, The Wildey branch is ok. The Service can be very slow at times in St. George. The cashiers and dispatch area to collect items/goods. I find the workers are very friendly at both locations.
