Was in desperate need of a bed, so I stopped by Sleep Rite Barbados on Friday. Tried out a few options in the showroom, picked the one I liked, and paid right there. Less than 24 hours later, it was delivered to my home. Simple, smooth, and efficient service. 100% recommended.

If there was an option for a zero star rating, id have chosen it. Very poor customer service. As we walked through the doors the CSR watched the time.... though she had 50 minutes left to cob. Anyway, I can't comprehend the prices for mattresses here for something that is locally manufactured. They don't seem to be interested in walk ins... probably servicing another market that keeps them going.

Very poor customer service. I waited 52 mins to have four cushions cut and then one of them was an inch thicker than the others, it was so obvious I wonder what the cutter was seeing. I just left because I had waited far too long. Others came in after me and were despatched. I aske d the sales agents if they will be soon ready and she kept.in saying soon and went back in her phone doing personal stuff. Ohh so poor

Worst place ever you can think of to buy a bed .The customer service is horibble and they dont allow you to select the particular bed you would like to have delivered to you . So you dont see the quality of the bed until u recieve it since you choose the bed in the show room and they send any ramdom one to that one. So you dont have any idea of the final product you would be recieving. The level of customer service is the worst i have ever seen, the manager if she think you were rude to her she would refuse you being able to purchase a matress .They would tell u one thing over the phone make you come all down to find out its something completey different.To save yourself a night mare and the trouble. i would suggest going else where to purchase a bed.
