Beautiful and Clean facilities! I took a wonderful intermediate Mat Sculpt with Tanja tonight and left feeling worked but empowered! The music was great and the start of class stretching /warm up and added intentional breathing meditation at the end was the perfect way to end such an intense workout. Everyone in class is so friendly and it’s just a nice community of people here. This is definitely my new favorite place to come whenever I’m in Jamaica ♥️ best part was how easy it was to find and to park
