Terrible communication. I've been trying to get basic pricing information for specific assessments for my child and they won't return calls, tried calling on the house phone but it keeps going to voicemail, constantly replying late, then they dropped a very expensive price for something that I did not ask for while also stating that they're fully booked until August. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
