I enjoyed the experience overall. I purchase tour 4 which was the shorter train ride. I really just expected a bit more from the distillery tour - not much was shown about the overall process. The video/short film near the end of the tour also felt a bit dragged out. Other than that, the guides were super friendly and knowledgeable - it was really nice to engage with a piece of history. Views were incredible

This is an amazing, beautiful historical site with lots to see in a small area. The former plantation has been wonderfully preserved for public view. Well maintained with friendly, helpful, local Barbadian staff. My favourite part was the steam train up to Cherry Tree Hill. An excellent and scenic experience with a very knowledgeable guide. The beautiful steam train on over 100 years old! You will not be disappointed. I would have given this a full 5 stars of not for the price. I paid $90 (US) for each ticket. Althought this included the the house tour, rum tasting and full 60 train ride, it was still very expensive. The average Barbadian could not afford to go. Please buy tickets directly from their website or at the location to avoid over paying.

We toured the house and distillery and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very informative. There's a bit of walking so be prepared for that. Lovely grounds. Includes small sip rum tasting at the end of the tour.

Well worth the tickets. Fun train ride through the plantation, cut coral stone walls, foliage, and majestic view at Cherry Tree Hill. Interesting history shared throughout the tour. Amazing video footage from early days of film. Great restaurant on-site.

Omg I had so much fun riding the train and even blowing the whistle like a 5 years old kid 😂. There is also a tour inside the house and the tour guide guve lots of details about the property history. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner son and rum taste. Only regret is that I couldn't buy because bottles are huge and I would have liked to get 2 or 3 small bottles
