Been here a couple of times now and won’t go back, why?
- Service is always cold, like they’re doing you a favour and they’re not happy about it.
- I paid a premium for a double shot Grande, and they only filled it 3/ quarters of the way up… clearly I was keen for a big coffee, and they couldn’t care less…
Also, the sugar section is always a mess, depleted, and I always have to ask for a stirrer… Meanwhile, staff are sitting around doing nothing…
Bottom line- find a better coffee shop!

Very clean place, fairly new. Restrooms are very clean, spacious for studying and reading. Sitting by the entrance it’s oddly warmer than by the restrooms, maybe some curtains could help with the heat from outside heating the windows, or turning on the AC, it seems that side was turned off. Plenty of parking!

I have had Starbucks coffee in London, over 7 states in American, Jamaica and Barbados. I love the caramel Machiatto specially with extra caramel. This is the 2nd time that I have purchased coffee at the Wildey location and, it is horrible.

It was hot. They had no refresher drinks. The end. Ok, not quite the end but after ordering a matcha latte for someone else I really wanted a cold drink to wash down the lemon pound slice. They just had nothing. No sorry. No explanation.

Nice layout and the ambience is pleasant with natural light. Customer service is mediocre. Extremely limited on food selection, shortages on various drinks are frequent. Found out rather abruptly that this location is only open until 5pm on Sundays.
