I had the most wonderful experience for my book event @Dylanaisreading, at SugaMama! From the moment we walked in, the space immediately felt welcoming and enchanting. Gorgeous pictures adorned the walls, and Phoebe, the beautiful owner, clearly spared no effort in making everyone feel at home. The staff were bubbly and kind, and incredibly inviting, which made the atmosphere even more delightful.
The venue itself is stunning, with a charming retro 50s–60s vibe that perfectly captures the essence of a chic ice cream parlor and studio. It’s cute, girlish, and radiates a healing, positive energy. The AC was on and fully functioning, keeping the space comfortable throughout.
As for the treats—everything was divine! I savored a fresh red velvet freshcante and a cheesecake cupcake, both absolutely delicious, and there were so many other delightful options which I enjoyed. My mom particularly loved the sorbets and ice cream, which were as delicious as they were refreshing.
Overall, the event was simply amazing. I felt truly welcomed, warm, and uplifted, and it was such a joy to be a part of it. Suga Mama is definitely a place where we felt welcomed.

So delicious. Literally came back for seconds after I finished my apple tart. Ice cream is top notch. Baked goods, top notch. Service, top notch. Couldn’t be happier.
I had the passion fruit sorbet and 2 apple tarts. 10/10

Phoebe is the sweetest!! She and her family have many of the same dietary restrictions as mine -- gluten-free and dairy-free due. Her darling little shop has delicious treats for everyone! The gelato was perfect and delicious! And this was the most reasonably priced food of our entire trip!

This place caters to those that are healrh conscience and have prediaberes or diabetic as well as those watching sugar consumption. Use stevia or mo nk fruit. Had sugar free Strawberry cheesecake was delicious. Nestle in Speightstown near St Peter Parish Church and lovely view of the sea. Will visit again also jas nice ambiance and variety of treats and sweets
