SUNDARA Spa + Studio at Oil Nut Bay is absolutely amazing in the British Virgin Islands. The setting is breathtaking, perched over crystal-clear Caribbean water at the base of the mountain. Watching tropical fish swim beneath the glass floor during my massage made the experience even more relaxing. A special thank you to Ava, my massage therapist, who was absolutely amazing. Her skill, professionalism, and calming presence made this one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The entire staff was exceptional, and every detail felt luxurious. I can’t wait to come back!

So I did the 90 min aroma touch massage with Ava and the yoga sound bath with Shereen. Both experiences were absolutely MAGNIFICENT! The spa was absolutely stunning and had a very light airy smell (some spas have a super overbearing scent this did NOT) that was sooooo relaxing and pleasant. I will start with the massage, I get massages quite often and Ava was absolutely fantastic, firm but not too hard and she has a very relaxing voice :-) The yoga and sound bath was great! I had done yoga previously but never done a sound bath...what a great experience, you could tell Shereen was very experienced and the entire group enjoyed her energy. Thank you Sundara Spa for an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience!!! Two recommendations that may be helpful: 1) You may want to let customers who are booking treatments for multiple people at the same time know that there are only two massage treatment rooms. Let them decide whether or not they are comfortable sharing a room or would prefer to book at a later time. Luckily I was with my friend whom I have known for 40 years so didn't care if she heard me snoring but the option should be given to the customer. 2) It may be a nice touch after the massage treatment if the therapist lays the client's robe across them as they are laying on the table - that way they don't have to get up compromised and get their robe especially if the shades are open since that area can be frequented by snorkelers, arrivals/departures and boats. This would be extremely helpful.

Our group of 6 had an incredible experience at the new Sundara Spa. Each of us had multiple massages, along with a combined yoga and sound meditation class, which for a first timer was an incredible experience. The views of the water through the floors, along with the sounds of the ocean are amazing, only surpassed by the great spa team. We would highly recommend this as part of your island experience.

My wife and I had one of the most exceptional spa experiences we’ve ever had, and it was a true highlight of our trip. Shereen led us through the most luxurious and deeply relaxing yoga session I’ve experienced. It went far beyond just physical benefits. I left feeling not only rejuvenated, but also more connected to my wife, which made the experience even more meaningful. Shereen is incredibly talented, intuitive, and thoughtful in how she guides the session. We also had massages and facials, both of which were outstanding. Pat, who did my massage, was excellent and clearly very skilled. Every detail felt intentional and elevated. What really sets this place apart is the team’s commitment to creating a memorable, personalized experience from start to finish. You can feel the care and attention in everything they do. Could not recommend this spa more highly. It genuinely enhanced our entire trip, and we will absolutely be back.
