Avoid this company if you expect basic competence. SwiftPac held my package for over two weeks with zero communication because they couldn’t figure out a standard Fashion Nova invoice. There was no error on the invoice; it showed the items, the discount, and the total. A simple math equation proved everything was correct, but instead of doing the math or notifying me, they just let my package sit there. I ordered a month in advance, and now I won't have my package for my event this weekend because they couldn't handle basic arithmetic. Terrible service.

I should not be so difficult to contact a professional company, I have been trying consistently for the better part of the day and it's now 3pm! I have sent an email...no response, sent another email to request acknowledgement that the first email has been received soo...yes your support certainly needs improvement! the chat box Lorissa...gone home!

I have to make it very clear that this company offers the worst service, and yet their website gives all this information, but they are ALL lies!! Who is actually running this business??? The boxes?!!!?!?? I must also add, that the one contact person who you ever get to interact with is Selvin, a nice guy!

At Swiftpac, I had the opportunity to interact with Brandon, who impressed me with his great personality and efficient work ethic. However, my overall experience with the delivery system was highly disappointing, unreliable and expensive. After submitting a list of items for collection, I received no further communication until I received an email stating that the cargo was being unstuffed. There was no prior indication or information provided regarding the shipping date or cost leaving me in the dark about the progress of my shipment. To make matters worse, I was completely taken aback by the hidden storage fees that were not disclosed to me beforehand. This unexpected surprise added to the overall negative experience. Based on my personal encounter, I cannot recommend Swiftpac due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unexpected fees.

Impossible to get information from these people. They do not answer the phone. When you go physically they are not helpful and the form on line is also not working. I don't think they really understand what service is
