Incredibly disappointed with the total lack of critical thinking, communication, and customer service at SwiftPac Barbados. I ordered items a month in advance for an upcoming weekend event. My package sat in their customs for two weeks with zero communication.
When I finally spent two days chasing down four different agents on live chat to find out why, I was told the "invoice didn't match." It turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the invoice. It was a standard Fashion Nova invoice that listed the item costs, the discount, and the shipping total. A simple, two-second math equation proved everything was 100% accurate.
As a customer, I do not control how major retailers format their invoices. For SwiftPac to hold my package hostage for weeks over a basic subtraction layout instead of just doing the math or, at the very least, contacting me to clarify is unacceptable. Due to their inaction, I won't have my items in time for my event. Unprofessional and an awful experience.

I never had any issues with swiftpack I received all of my packages at a decent time and not damaged

The store is actually nit facing the main road but around the build to the back. Tjere is parking on bith sides of the building. The line to the customer service counter was almost out the door.

Avoid if you can. No proper communication available unless you're an irate customer. No one answers the phone ever. I ordered a few packages that came in December 2024 and January 2025. I had to ask via Facebook what I owed. Finally arranged for delivery for tomorrow only to be told today by email that one package is available, not the ones I've been told by email have been available all along. They are the worst and once I get my packages, I'll delete my account and never use them again.
