A very bad experience with this agency. The staff are rude and disrespectful, with absolutely no sense of customer service. A deposit was taken during the rental, and despite returning the vehicle in perfect condition, the agency refused to refund it. No clear explanation, no professionalism whatsoever. I strongly advise against using this agency: lack of professionalism, lack of transparency, and no consideration for customers.

During our stay in Guadeloupe with my partner and daughter, we rented a car from Madrasloc twice. We were more than satisfied with their service! Having the vehicle delivered to our home was a real bonus. When we had a tire problem, the team was extremely responsive.
The staff is friendly, welcoming, and respectful. A big thank you to the whole team! I recommend Madrasloc without hesitation.

Car rental experience with Madrasloc (Taxi Madras). Very bad experience, I do not recommend it. As another review here mentioned, the owner, who is clearly the one who deals directly with customers, is an aggressive and disrespectful person. He is dishonest in his dealings: he made us pay €40 upfront for a car cleaning fee, even though it wasn't mandatory! When I pointed this out to him, he replied, "Tourists always make the cars dirty and don't clean them" (sic).
Once on the road, the car displayed warning messages apparently related to the oil level. We had to stop two or three times and called him to request a replacement car. He arrived the next day, visibly annoyed and in a hurry, and when I asked him about the keys, he responded very rudely, got in the car, and drove off abruptly. It was quite a painful experience.

Completely paralyzed by his vehicle, no response on any of the numbers, no written response via WhatsApp, no respect, no manners... In short, don't hesitate, there are other companies of this type that work very well in Guadeloupe.

The vehicles are not in good condition, the owner is not very pleasant and is questionable in his honesty...
