When something is meant for you, it is. After a massage where my trapezius muscles were locked up, etc., the masseur told me he thought there was an emotional overload I needed to release (he did everything he could, but nothing worked). I went on Instagram and came across Teayanna.M's page. I read her entire profile and saw what she offered; I saw "emotional and physical release."
I made an appointment, and that was exactly what I needed.
I left feeling drained and tired, but during that session... I had an attentive ear, fingers, hands, and elbows that released me, that felt good exactly where it was needed, not to mention the tears that flowed.
