Amazing service to fix a broken iPhone which stopped working 2 days ago. With 2 hours of ringing came to Fairmont hotel with new screen. Good value for money, great service and friendly. Thank you very much for stress reducing experience. Will share details with concierge here.

Thank you for the great service. I seriously damaged my phone on a cruise. The screen and case were broken. They picked up the phone at the port in the morning and repaired it within 24 hours. I highly recommend working with these guys! Thank you very much! 👍🏻

iPhone screen became unresponsive while on vacation. The gentleman came to the hotel and replace the screen in less than hour. Customer service was excellent and phone is back to working. Don’t hesitate to give him a call.

At this point I’m a regular customer 🥲 and I must say there is no other store I’d go to to get my phone fixed. Repairs done in about 10 mins. Very professional and efficient service each time.
