Kinda overly expensive for a Cafe. Two smoothies, one panini, one ham & cheese croissant and two pastries totalled over $70 which is pretty diabolical 😕. Also they need to rename it a grilled bread panini instead of a grilled chicken panini. The bread is grilled/ toasted, the chicken is not.. was disappointed to open my panini and see little circle balls of boiled chicken pieces inside, also stuffed with long strips of zucchini or whatever that was and some pesto green looking sauce thing... which i all eventually threw away cause that's not the taste I expect for a chicken panini. Also pleaseee consider bigger slurpy straws for the smoothies. Those tiny straws are no good for drinking a thick smoothie.. I almost got locked jaws 🫠🫠.
On the brighter side, the cashier was extremely pleasant during our visit. (This was my 1st time at the Collymore Rock location) Will I be back? .. Yes.

Good morning
Management it is 2025 your stores equipped with drive through should be open. People go to work, church, etc on Sundays. I live in Pine Gardens, last Sunday I saw 5 cars attempt to drive through your drive through, check your cameras. And your hastings branch closes way to early your competition is open till 10pm.

Great Latte and pastries which is consistent at other coffee bean locations, friendly welcoming staff, modern and clean with indoor and outdoor seating. Easy parking.

Really disappointed by my experience here today, usually very friendly staff (maybe it's because I use the drive through) - anyway, won't be returning for a while, loved the coffee and working while on a break - but Coffee Bean seems to have removed WiFi from all their stores. 10 points for Starbucks I guess 🤷🏾

I’m disappointed to say that my recent experience at this location has completely changed how I feel about what used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I went out of my way to stop here, only to be spoken to in an uncourteous and unprofessional manner at the drive-through.
To make matters worse, the food was well below the standard I’ve come to expect. The lettuce was wilted, and the wrap I ordered was overly soggy (with dressing) and inedible. I’d also suggest serving condiments that are already in a container outside the main container with the food.
It’s disheartening to say, but I won’t be returning to this location again.
