Great property with all amenities (WiFi, washing machine, air con as well as ceiling fans) air fryer has proved very handy when we have chosen to eat here rather than out. Centrally located as have managed to walk into Bridgetown (50minutes app) but having both Rockley & Hastings beaches very close by! Our saving grace which I wouldn't have expected, has been Sue's village mart which is so close by and been fab between proper food shops (supermarkets are within walkable distance but I wouldn't recommend as both ice cream, choc and other items were a bit less than 100% on return but as there are taxi's and seemingly a local bus that passes.. really good!).. we have met one particularly (over) friendly neighbour but everyone else has been regular friendly and it feels safe to walk around after dark or early ... met some other friendly furry and feathered locals too.. backs onto neighbours lovely garden and so have spent many peaceful hours on the back steps reading with a drink.. home from home! Tho it can be warm in the property, with all the fans etc we have generally been comfortable and being that we are used to grey, wet England that's pretty amazing..
