The Landing at Prospect

The landlord pretends to be busy all the time. We had booked 3 meetings with her and she wasn't there for 2 of them. The last one was to sign the lease. We agreed to meet at 4 pm earlier in the day and she didn't show up. She ignored our calls until her gardener called and she picked up. She basically said " we don't have the units agreed on but we have pricier ones" so just a time waster to be honest

Landlord kept ignoring us and lying and leading us on :( Not a very great first impression, glad it's out last!

I stayed at unit 130 for 4 months.Unit had leaking sink,leaking toilet which smelled very bad.Main bedroom build in cupbord doors fell out when using it.2nd Bedroom cupbord doors was broken and aircon burnt out.Main bedroom aircon not functioning correctly until it also had to be repaired.Note 2nd bedroom aircon was never replaced.Wifi more off than on.Laundry machines more out of order than working.Office lady never around to get coins for laundry.Had to schedule around her iternary when available.Parking very limited.Bath was painted and after 2 uses all paint came off.Tv was mounted to high on wall as one could not watch tv.Unit supposed to be cleaned but never happened.Had to clean ourselves as per agreement.Only few lights working in unit.When moved in i had pay electrical bill which was in arrears from previous tenant.

It was very welcoming and very helpful staff, it was like a home from home experience, and especially Bev, she really make you feel at ease

Nice and comfortable place to stay... area is fairly quiet and peaceful
