I had a truly 'rejuvenative' hour and left feeling grounded, filled, and reset! I used the new PEMF mat, which is a great addition to the Light Room experience. I also brought my water bottles to be infused with the beautiful energy, and grabbed a large detox bag to release all those toxins. She has everything you need. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my session at the Light Room today. I wasn’t there for the healing claims—I just wanted a couple of hours to completely switch off, and that’s exactly what I got.
I don’t know if I was asleep, meditating, or somewhere in between, but I came out feeling like I’d given my brain a mini vacation.
It’s like a nap on the beach… without the sunburn or sand in awkward places. 😊

My first visit to the Light Room was a wonderful experience. it was great to receive "healing" while I rested. This is going to be a regular therapy for me. I can hardly wait for my next session. Thanks Avril.

I have seen improvement in my sleep, and in my skin. I enjoy the Red Light Therapy, the EES room and the pelvic floor strengthening. The Light Room helps me feel centered and releases stress.

A dear friend gifted me a 2 hour session and I thoroughly enjoyed Avril's care and attention, the little touches she added to make us comfortable and the entire experience itself. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during my session (I usually struggle to fall asleep during the day) and I also slept so well and so deeply that night. Highly recommend for anyone in search of peace, healing and relaxation!
