Started the evening off with their 2 for 1 drink special from 4:30 to 5:30, where we got 2 rum punches for 10 BBD. Was one of the best rum punch on the island. The location is right on the ocean and we watched the most amazing sunset. Deborah and Shakera were both great! The service here is fast and friendly. Had the shrimp penne alfredo pasta, very good sauce, and large shrimp. It had zucchini which was a nice touch. Also had the vegetable crepe dish. Was very good also, and came with cooked broccoli. Finished with the Reef Romance chocolate and red velvet cake with whipped cream. Yum! Deborah, you really made the evening, a true professional, and long time employee.

Group dinner one night, croquet appy was awful, very doughy. The main course pepper corn steak was very good. Great service and a very nice location looking at ocean.

I've eaten here many times over the years it's not always perfect, but normally, it's pretty good. There's a buffet breakfast, lunch menu, and different theme night menus plus some live entertainment. Happy hour 12-1 & 4-5 daily. Most of the staff here are amazing, especially John, Donna, Deborah, Stacey, Jennifer & Karen. The really nice people who are polite and attentive. The only downside there is that the kitchen and bar runs out of certain items on the menu regularly, and they need to install some ceiling fans in the refurbishment taking place on Sept 24.

We are currently staying at the Butterfly Beach and have eaten at the Reef a couple of times, as well as having drinks in the evening. We have so far received fantastic service, Jennifer, Stacey and Jahblessed have all been very friendly and attentive. The food has been delicious, the cocktails are great and the views are spectacular. As we've still got 10 more days here we'll definitely be eating and drinking here some more.

Myself and my partner were here last year for a drink, as we didn’t stay at the hotel it was card only which was fine and we had a good experience. This year we decided to come and try a few cocktails but unfortunately the service has gone downhill, we were asked to move table to let guests dine which was perfectly ok as it was busy, then I went to the bar to pay the bill on card, I was asked what hotel room number even they knew we were not residents, then asked who served us , then the young girl came to assist, but the card machine didn’t work , she then called the supervisor who never apologised or acknowledged me, then contacted reception to let them know I was coming to pay there. Then the young girl came chasing after us .. instead of saying I will show you where to go and accompany us she say I will come to make sure you pay.outrageous as if I was not going to pay for 4 cocktails . I understand maybe people do not pay, but come on be a bit more friendly and courteous. I work in the catering trade myself and always train my staff on customer service.. unhappy customers are bad for trade and job satisfaction.
