We had a fabulous holiday in Treasure Beach. The location next to the sea, you can swim from the footsteps directly into the sea (snorkel to see so many fishes). It is a small boutique hotel so the stay felt personal and intimate. Our stay was made memorable because of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Glyne from reception was fantastic and made sure all the guests felt welcome. The kitchen staff were incredibly attentive, making sure everyone enjoyed their meals. All meals were al-carte except breakfast and two meals (Wednesday dinner, Sunday lunch). Out of the other Marriott hotels that we visited, Treasure Beach had the best food with the best staff that felt like high end dining. We did day trips to Crystal cove (best for the free included water activities) and Waves (spa is good, Dosa restaurant really good food). We will highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an intimate stay with tailored services. One advice would be to check costs of any art activities that you would like to participate in, we thought they were complimentary like other activities and had to pay extra at checkout.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Tasty drinks and food. Wasnt easy to access the beach if you want to walk. A very quiet hotel - maybe a bit too quiet?

We stayed here for a couple nights. Our room was on the main floor close to the pool/beach. The room was beautiful and spacious however the shower wouldn’t drain and kept getting clogged during our entire stay even though we told the front desk. The service is terrible, staff members seem annoyed if you ask for water or anything. We tipped regardless and still experienced terrible service. All inclusive is not all inclusive. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner during particular times only. If you want any snacks in between you can go into their “cafe” which has nothing! The food was excellent so no issues there for the meals. The beach is decent however very rocky so you will need water shoes. If you walk along the beach a couple resorts down you will notice a lot of locals, gutting fish and throwing the guts and blood into the beach. We went to the Wyndham for a couple days and found the service much better but they don’t have a proper beach but they shuttle you for free to Carlslie Beach. Overall wouldn’t come back because service is important to me. If you don’t care for service then this resort isn’t terrible.

Just returned from a week at Treasure Beach Art Hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by the staff. Everyone was so friendly and really made our week so enjoyable. We loved our stay in this boutique hotel, always plenty of sunloungers, the comfortable bed, delicious cocktails and good food.

This is a lovely adults-only boutique hotel. It is right on the water, and is quiet and cozy, and the service is excellent. The one restaurant is very good, and you have easy access to many other nearby establishments. The staff is WONDERFUL and very attentive.
