Mixed experiences - if you go in the dead of night or when it’s empty service is pretty prompt. Outside of that you’re just paying lots for an experience no better or faster than the free polyclinics. Some of the doctors are pleasant some are quite rude. The nurses have been generally pleasant. But if you’re visiting during the day forget about anything called urgent - and when overwhelmed all the staff are pretty rude/dismissive. One definitely feels neglected/forgotten once they have a few patients. Not really worth it tbh

I went to urgent dental care and I had such a great experience. I saw Dr. Ali and she is so warm and pleasant. She explained everything. Gabriel is so friendly and very thoughtful and helpful. Everyone at the desk is so friendly. For someone who hates going by Dentists I would come back for sure.

The staff here can be hit or miss. I came in on a Sunday with a ruptured Achilles, and everything went smoothly. They scheduled me for an ultrasound the next day. When I arrived, I was sent to the back, but the receptionist wouldn’t acknowledge me. After waiting 10 minutes, I let her know I had a flight to catch, but nothing changed. After 30 minutes of no updates, I had no choice but to leave, fearing I’d miss my flight.

24-hour medical centre at The Estates St. George, Boarded Hall. Turnaround time was very quick. Grateful to the team of doctors, nurses and support staff for comforting me and helping me to find great relief.

Had an ultrasound done on my knee, that I had dislocated a few tines, this afternoon by Dr. Sonal. She was very thorough and explained everything. I didn't know beforehand that joint ultrasounds were done, if I had known years ago when the first dislocation had happened I think I would be in a better state with my knee. She was able to show me exactly what is wrong with my knee by showing a side by side comparison with my good knee to show what things should look like versus what they currently look like with my bad knee.
