I’m giving a 5 star review for excellent customer service. The room is less than to be desired, but when you pay $130 vs $450 for a hotel room in a good location in the San Juan area, you know you’re not supposed to expect a luxurious room. The staff communicates above average- like the best ever, even before you arrive. I needed two beds and I got a room on the first floor. Next time, I would request a room on a higher floor , but I’d want the AC to be awesome. The AC in my room was not the best, and you could see light through the door. However, the staff was so nice and the location was as excellent. They have parking and breakfast. Thank you for being the best at what you do. Great value and top notch service.

The rooms were clean, the furniture was dated and dirty. The service was pretty good. Extremely close to the airport. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. I wouldn't stay for much longer. Convenient to the burger king across the street and 4 minutes from the airport. There was no shuttle as advertised. 1

For the price, I have to say it's a pretty good experience overall - clean, good service, good location, easy access to the airport, beach, and lots of walkable restaurants, shops and car rental companies. But note this is definitely NOT a fancy place if that's what you're looking for, go next door to the $2-300+/night hotel. We stayed here twice in two different rooms. The handicaps room space is tight, I wouldn't recommend anyone with kids or people with 2+ large luggage. The 2nd stay was with a bigger room upstairs which we felt a lot more comfortable. Both rooms are clean and the AC was strong. Breakfast selection is small, but once again, for the price and you're getting the convenience of not having to go out too far for a cup of coffee, some simple food early in the morning, I think it's a good deal. There's traffic noise at night as it's close to the major speedway. Although surprisingly I didn't have trouble falling asleep as the traffic is steady (the whole night) it's almost like white noise machine to my ears (I'm a light sleeper). But keep in mind there will be noise, if this could be an issue for you. Service was great with the three staffs we encountered. One day we requested early morning coffee due to our early schedule, the staff made it happen on time and we really appreciate that. If you don't mind the details, just want to save a little money on lodging or simply a quick overnight stay, I would recommend this place.

SUPER CARING SERVICE attentive,friendly, gave us little cereals to-go at 4am (accommodating, you can also order a breakfast if leaving early) and the fruit loops totally HELPED the 1 & 5 year old in their travels haha. Location is SO CLOSE to aeropuerto, and unfortunately also RIGHT BY CONSTANT WILD HIGHWAY noise haha...blackout curtains also helped with the GIANT HIGHWAY SIGNAGE. But also 1000% do check Panederia España .. WALKABLE all hours affordable amazing deli/bakeryfresh goods. Were also able to walk to a rando beach ⛱️

The hotel staff are top notch and the rooms are in great condition. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. Isle Verde beach is just a short walk away and the hotel has beach towels you can use. I would stay again if I were in San Juan.
