If I could give 0 stars I totally would have. I came to shop at 10:30pm. I did my research before coming to the store and it clearly said that the store would be open until 11:00pm. Yet the gentleman on the picture said otherwise. He wouldn’t allow us to enter the store, claiming that no one was inside when there were clearly customers still shopping. When another worker arrived to the entrance, he asked her to tell me that the store was closed, and she(the worker) asked her what time they closed the register; he claimed at 8pm, not knowing I speak fluent Spanish. This was super disrespectful since the store sign and the store’s website says otherwise. I am very disappointed on how this store and its employees behaved. There’s no communication on if there is change in operating hrs. I shop at Walmart all the time while I’m in NYC and CT. So sad how things are done here in Puerto Rico!!! Someone should definitely teach the employees and managers how to communicate effectively with their customers. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Puerto Rico is expensive already. Shame to this Walmart for not honoring their mistake in pricing. Then they have the nerve to blame the customer for 'misplacing' the product. A customer service manager "Martin" stated that the customer is required to verify the bar codes before reaching the register. The price posted was $4.58, then at register it jumped more the $2.38. Pictures uploaded, you make the call.
The law since 1973 is clear.

Coolest Walmart I've ever been to... Two floors with escalators and elevators that are huge enough for shopping carts.

The recent visit to the shopping center was quite pleasant. The variety of stores offered a good selection for various needs. Navigating the premises was straightforward and convenient. It was a satisfying experience to find everything required in one location. We would recommend this destination for a productive shopping trip.

I have never been in a Walmart like this one. Two levels with a flat escalator going up (no stairs on the escalator). The store was jam packed with people and there was plenty of inventory. We went to get swim shoes for our tour and was able to get some for everyone who needed them (6 people). The traffic outside was a little crazy but they do have a parking garage you can park in. Overall it was an interesting but productive experience.
