Having had only a few Somatic sessions with Elyse I already feel more connected to my body. Elyse really takes the time to hold space with whatever youre feeling. The calming and safe space she creates makes me feels safe and grounded.

Elyse has an incredible gift to connect deeply and help initiate true healing from within. Recommend her enough for everyone.
