Janelle needs to focus on the customer in front of her and not on her personal calls and talking to everyone around her. Then the customer service experience would be more expeditious

We went to Williams Equipment to rent a floor polishing machine a few days ago, we received very good service from the rep Taneika I believe that was her name, when we picked up the floor polishing machine the gentleman by the name of Charles gave us outstanding service by going over with us how the polishing machine works and helped us put it in our car , on returning the machine Charles asked us how we got on
We will for sure use Williams again Thank you
